There will be temporary road closure of Rockhill Parkway to export the dirt from Phase 4C, south, across Rockhill Pkwy, to Phase 4B starting this month. The start of road closure and export process will begin Monday, November 15th - Friday, November 19th. Please be advised that the Temporary Doe Creek Trail is now closed, with the opening of the 8ft. sidewalk that traverses Rockhill Parkway, from Riola Dr. to the Amenity Center. There is a future trail in store with the new phases coming online, but in the meantime please refrain from accessing these areas as active development will be underway soon. We apologize for the delay on reopening the main pool at Valencia on the Lakes Amenity Center. Just an update as of today; Repairs have been completed to the bottom of the pool floor and the pool company has now started filling the pool back up and adding chemicals. We are anticipating the pool to be fully filled and chemicals properly balanced by Monday evening and ready to enjoy by Tuesday, July 27th. Click Full Story for more information.

Towing a vehicle is a last resort, but it has been occasionally been necessary in Valencia on the Lake simply to be able to remove inoperable vehicles that were left in the community.
