Road Closure – Rockhill Pkwy. & Amenity Center

There will be temporary road closure of Rockhill Parkway to export the dirt from Phase 4C, south, across Rockhill Pkwy, to Phase 4B starting this month. The start of road closure and export process will begin Monday, November 15th - Friday, November 19th. Starting from Rockhill Parkway and Casinos Drive all the way to the Amenity Center will be CLOSED. For the safety of all residents, we ask that you refrain from this area and the facility during this time. Little Elm ISD will also be notifying the district and bus driver(s) of the closure in which they will be utilizing an alternate route coverage during that week. Essex will communicate any updates, or delays that may occur (weather permitting) during this project, and can ensure you that the Developer and construction workers will be working to complete as soon as possible.
