Declarant Variance for ACC Requests / Roofing Repairs to your Home

As the managing agent for Valencia on the Lake Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce a recent change regarding allowed roof colors in Valencia on the Lake. Recently, we have heard how homeowners were requesting to replace their existing roofs with black shingles. After discussing with the Declarant, we are happy to report that the use of black shingle for a roof color is now approved. We know several homeowners have submitted an ACC request for roof replacement and if you have not already commenced replacement and would like to consider using black shingles, please be sure to email our ACC Department directly at ACC@essexhoa.com notifying them that you will be proceeding repairs with black shingles.
