As the managing agent for Valencia on the Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. We would like to remind all homeowners that if you are going to make any repairs to the exterior of your home and/or roof due to the recent hailstorm, an ACC Request will need to be submitted and approved prior to any work starting.
To submit your ACC Request through your HOA, please visit your Association’s website at Valencia on the Lake HOA - ACC Request Form.
