Temporary Pool Closure

Please be advised, the pool is temporarily closed until further notice. The Essex Management team is working along with our pool vendor to resolve the matters as promptly as possible. We wish to apologize for any inconvenience, and we will promptly notify Residents via an e-mail blast once the pool is ready to re-open.

Should you have any questions, please contact us from your Association’s website at www.valenciaonthelakehoa.com under the “Contact Us” tab. Please select “General Question” from the drop-down menu and an Essex staff member will promptly respond. If you have not yet signed up for your Association’s website, please consider signing up today. By completing a registry an Owner will have access to various resources and benefits such as; viewing your account, making payments, accessing community documents, applying for modifications, and twenty-four hour web submission access to departments such as, but not limited to, Compliance, Maintenance, Billing, Architectural, New Homeowners as well as General Questions and Inquiries.
