The new trail at Valencia on the Lake will connect Phases 1 & 3 so Homeowners and Guests can Bike or Hike all the way to the end of the Peninsula while bypassing the traffic of Rockhill Parkway and enjoying all of the scenery of Lake Lewisville. We have Rescheduled the Re-Painting and Re-Striping of the Roundabout and both Parking Lots at the Amenity Center. Work Rescheduled to Begin Friday, September 25th 2020. During the time of construction, we ask that all homeowners and their guests do NOT park their vehicles, golf carts, or ATV’s past Casinos Drive on Rockhill Pkwy. We hope everyone had a great Summer, and enjoyed the pool season as much as possible with this years circumstances. With the season coming to an end, and school starting back up, the pool hours will be moving to weekend hours. Starting September after Labor Day, the pool will be available during weekend hours only. Let’s make the most of what is left and enjoy the poolside. We hope to see all of you next Summer!

The (Covid-19) virus has affected us all in some way however, Essex Association Management would like to announce that it remains open for business and prepared to continue to provide services as usual. For the safety of our Essex staff, in-office visits to our offices have been suspended however, our main line is still operational as is all other services Essex provides.
To help slow the spread of the virus, all meetings and gatherings have been cancelled and all amenity centers have been closed through April 30, 2020, or until further notice. Essex will send out e-mail blasts to its residents as new information on rescheduling meetings or reopening amenities is made available. If you have not registered on your Association’s website, please do so today to ensure you will receive updates when they are sent. All web-based services remain fully operational and available for use and are worked in the order they are received. Essex Association Management and its staff remain committed to providing services to the communities and developments it manages. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
